Time and Billing doesn't require or rely on an accounting system, but of course it can be linked to an accounting system, we link to Sage Pastel Partner v14 (also v11, v12) and also to Palladium Accounting.

PDI Spirit Time and billing

The application allows for customers, inventory and GL (Nominal) codes to be captured independently of the accounting system, but they can be retrieved directly from the accounting system via our own links.

Mobile Solution

PDI Time and billing also has a mobile interface allowing you to connect to your data on your server using your mobile phone/device. The data isn't held on someone elses cloud you have full control over the security and where your data is. You can be sure that your client information and billing information remains within your own network.

The mobile application allows you to view your customer details, view your open timesheets, create timesheets, view summary information and for the admin/managers view the current billings of your staff. All this from an intuitive design and designed specifically for a mobile device.

PDI Time and Billing - Functionality

  1. Define unlimited activity codes, these can be defined as Billable, No Charge and Do Not Bill
  2. Define admin codes, these can be used to record non chargeable to a client
  3. Define your employees, their timesheet numbers and work week
  4. Define expense codes, that can be billed to clients
  5. Define your public holidays, so that work can be flagged as out of hours
  6. Create rate groups, that clients can be linked to for multiple rate categories
  7. Create Tax/Vat codes and term codes, to generate quick payments
  8. Work week definitions, define daily hours and allowable deductions, so after hours can be calculated
  9. Email invoices to clients, and define your message to accompany the email
  10. Create and amend customers, create customer rates linked to employee or no employee for standard rates for all employees. Default quantity for charging
  11. Define activity rates, by rate groups, indicating charging units and minimum charge units
  12. Define general expense rates, customer expense rates can be defined at customer level
  13. Define employee activity rates, allowing for different employees to have different default rates
  14. Define basic project details and stages, that time can be assigned to, keeping track of budgets and actuals
  15. Capture time entry for your employee id, or for another employee
