We acknowledge that there can be issues with software depending on the environment, network, machine hardware. All our software is built with a component that tracks for errors and crashes and if one occurs, will send what we call an ELF report. A screen is displayed requesting that the user send this information to us, it includes a screen shot of where in the application the user was and gives us some technical feed back and if possible the actual line of code that caused the problem. We check every one of these when they are received, and helps make our software more and more stable, if you do receive an ELF report request please send it, we love to receive them.
